Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@tamuata.com with your order number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to let you know we’ve received it and whether the refund is approved. If approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email info@tamuata.com if you need an exchange.

Shipping
Contact us at info@tamuata.com for return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping may be deducted from it.
